Position Summary
Owns demand planning and forecasting process for the Milo’s portfolio across customers, delivering best-in-class solutions and capabilities to enhance statistical models and improve forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Identify tools, capabilities and data gaps to optimize the statistical forecasting model and improve forecast accuracy
Help lead monthly demand review process, overseeing the generation and reconciliation of 12-24 month rolling forecast as part of S&OP
Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, market conditions and other macro factors to guide demand shape
Collaborate with marketing, finance and sales business partners to understand changes in demand forecast drivers and identify volume risks/opportunities
Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying forecast variances and proposing solutions to address opportunity areas

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ Years of Demand Planning and Forecasting experience, CPG or Retailer experience preferred
High data aptitude and analytic skills, with deep understanding of the demand planning process and forecasting models
Strong communication and management skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
