Full Job Description
At MaxShine you will be working with an amazing team of people who enjoy what we do. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that can represent MaxShine as the leading manufacturer of premier vehicle detailing products. You will also be answering questions through phone and emails regarding issues with products and assist customers promptly regarding their orders and returns. Must be able to work independently, be professional and courteous at all times.
Wage & Work Schedule
- $20/hour
- Monday through Friday
- 7am to 4pm
- Full time (no remote work)
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in customer service
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must possess a valid state driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience and a good driving record.
- Prior experience with working with auto detailing equipment and accessories is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Experience with Airtable is a plus.
- The ability to follow through with tasks/follow up on inquiries is a MUST!
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls.
- Proficiency in use of computers and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented work ethic.
- Problem solve by researching within the database, email exchanges, the internet, and appropriate personnel throughout the company.
- Diligently follow orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing.
- Comes to work every day on time.
- Initiative and willingness to learn how products work.
- Team player.
- High school diploma.
Job Duties
- Assist sales team with inputting orders
- Assist warranty team with warranty issues
- Handle customer returns
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
