Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and prevent contamination.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with banquet preparations and setup as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
