The Office Operations Manager Sales Agent at ENJ Insurance Group - Kris Aley Allstate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our office. You will oversee administrative staff, manage office procedures, and support the agency's strategic goals. This position requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of office management within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Supervise daily operations of the office, including administrative support, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
- Staff Training: Lead and mentor administrative staff, ensuring high performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies.
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service: Oversee client communication processes, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance operations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on office performance, operational metrics, and administrative activities for management review.
- Project Management: Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Allstate agency experience preferred.
- Licensed for Personal Lines in PA, Life would be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) and experience with office equipment.
- Knowledge of insurance operations and regulations is required.
- Experienced in Insurance Sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
