Logistic Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistic/Customer Service Representative to manage several customer accounts in the warehousing and import/export department. In this role, your duties will include communicating with customers daily, processing bill of ladings for shipments and billing each customer. You will provide support to department supervisors and other logistic departments.
Some outline duties include
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in the Logistics industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
