Description:
Haymarket Center Deli worker, under general supervision is responsible for food handling, preparation, and safety with the food vendor.
Requirements:
- Follows assigned job tasks issued by supervisor daily.

Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.

Wash, peel and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.

Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators or other storage areas

Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers

Reports problems to vendor supervisor.

Always follows safety regulations

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Skills Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Completion of the Food Handler’s Certification.
