Square Medical Group is looking for an extraordinary, energetic, team-oriented, and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving new co-occurring enhanced Residential Rehabilitation Services (COE-RRS) program in our Framingham location and may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office or in person!

Position Summary: Square Medical Group is currently looking for team-oriented and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving new co-occurring enhanced Residential Rehabilitation Services (COE-RRS) program located in our Framingham location. The Nurse Practitioner will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, working with senior psychiatrists for newer providers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with on-the-job training in substance use disorder and dual diagnosis.
This position is specifically designed providing a work life balance that offers schedule flexibility, that does not require employees to work over long hours and offers ample PTO. Our Framingham “Summer House” Program is a 24-bed intensive treatment program for adult men designed specifically for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders set to open this April 2024. The schedule would require you to be at the Framingham location in person two days, and three days remote!
Requirements:
- Active Commonwealth of Massachusetts license - PMHNP REQUIRED
- Current DEA.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Interest in working with substance use disorder and dual diagnosis population.
- Ability to work on EMR.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessment.
- Provide medication management.
- Effectively communicate with referring providers and client family members
