Overview:
•Count cash drawer
•Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary
•check in and check-out guests
•Answer the phones in a professional manner
•book reservations
•Review accounts and charges with guests during the check out process
•Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems
•Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
•Keep the lobby beverages stocked such as setting up coffee and tea supplies
•Any task as assigned by management
•Proficiency in customer service practices to enhance guest satisfaction
•Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
