Summary
The senior HR Generalist supports the organization in various aspects such as recruitment, orientation, administration, training, team member relations, and facilitation of engagement activities. This position provides a cooperative, flexible working relationship with all team members and reports directly to the VP of People and Culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment: Conducts full lifecycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, screening candidates, deploying online skill testing, negotiating offers, and arranging for pre-hire setup for corporate and medical practice talent acquisition.
HRIS and reporting: Manage HR data and ensure data integrity; develop and maintain system processes and documentation; serve as the point of contact for the system; analyze reporting needs; communicate system changes; and manage permissions, access, personalization, and end-user settings.
Benefits and Payroll: Manage enrollment accuracy, conduct audits, ensure accurate and timely invoicing and plan payments, and manage the transition of medical practice payrolling data processing.
People operations: Administrative new employee onboarding and offboarding, point of contact for medical practices coaching, and support for individual employee needs and HR processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist with solid benefits, HRIS reporting, and organizational effectiveness experience.
3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and familiar with HRIS and ATS, including ADP Workforce Now and managing reports.
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Innovative thinker with a talent for leveraging technology to improve the talent acquisition process.
Strong business acumen, using that understanding to effectively develop and deploy solutions that help leaders meet their business goals.
