Searching for an experienced Sr. Provider Relations Specialist to join our Health Care Revenue Cycle Management Team!
Outsource Receivables, Inc. is searching for a confident professional that is an expert in medical billing and revenue cycle management with 5+ years of experience. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, concise written communication, proven productivity, problem solving attitude, and thrive in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to adapt to a variety of software and systems and firm understanding of the health care delivery and medical insurance system.
Since 1998 Outsource Receivables, Inc. (ORI) has been helping mid-sized medical clinics improve their revenue cycle management processes and cash flow. ORI provides medical billing and coding services to 30 + surgical, family practice, specialty, and mental health clinics. Sr. Provider Relations Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between provider offices and ORI services
- Use strategy and tact with providers and administrators to resolve complex issues
- Review performance and resolve issues through monthly or quarterly clinic meetings
- Audit insurance and patient issue accounts; provide client process feedback and recommendations
- Provide client training
- Use Excel to analyze report data and performance
- Collaborate with management to overcome complex challenges in a timely manner
- Special projects as assigned
Sr. Insurance Reimbursement Specialist Key Results
- Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external entities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Share improvement ideas with your management team
- Ensure 100% of daily and monthly workflow quotas are met
- Manage clients to Key Performance Indicators through monthly reporting
- Promote ORI organizational goals and initiatives with clients
- Know and follow applicable compliance standards
- Proactively identify issues and work with management to resolve
- Represent ORI and clinics in a professional and positive manner
