**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess expertise in various educational areas, including childhood development.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support student growth
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with learning technology and child welfare practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education is preferred
