Moderator Roles and Responsibilities:

Leveraging pre-approved scripts, lead pre-call with client and speaker to ensure proper navigation of platform from speaker view

Manage chat questions from audience regarding platform performance and needs

Manage polling questions and chat questions from attendees per client business rules
-
Manage two computers simultaneously to share PowerPoint content per client need
-
Provide prompt updates to team regarding meeting status and issues as they are occurring
-
Monitor program in progress to assist with client and speaker needs as they arise
-
Summarize Program Details post-event

Compile attendee registration lists as requested
Skills required:

Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Experience with executing Zoom meetings in the Host role (Meetings & Webinars experience preferred)

Ability to maintain an articulate, professional demeanor during stressful and time-sensitive situations

Guiding, supportive persona for attendees needing assistance during pre-call and event
-
Positive attitude with think-on-your-feet actions to solve on the spot questions and challenges

Ability to execute client provided scripts for introductions of speakers, products and instructions to audience on virtual platform

Ability to identify and troubleshoot common technical issues in Zoom
Workspace Requirements:

Private workspace with zero disruption from people, pets, external distractions during moderation of call

PC/Laptop with internet access and strong Wi-Fi connection

Adequate space to accommodate an extra laptop in addition to your personal computer
-
Cell phone to be used for teleconference needs and/or to call in for support during call

Must be available for the following timeframes, primarily Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:

PRE-CALL: 15-30 minutes:
