Footloose Veterinary Services is seeking dependable, mature, motivated, and energetic full-time or part-time Licensed Veterinary Technicians and/or Veterinary Aids with experience to add to our team with a high emphasis on patient care, customer service, and teaching! Attitude is everything, and a love for making work fun! Come and be a part of an established fast-paced cutting-edge family owned veterinary practice with a hospital in Darlington, South Carolina. We house state of the art laboratory equiptment, digital X-ray, and ultrasounds for both small and large animals. We see a wide array of animals: non-human primates, wildlife, pocket pets, reptiles, dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, and more! We are also opening our large animal hospital quarters in a very short time! Our motto is: "Big or small, we treat them all!"
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid need ability to work as part of a team
- Licensed Veterinary Technician and Aid need to be able to communicate – Listen and Speak
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid need to have professionalism in appearance and attitude
- Licensed Veterinary Technician and Aid need to be punctual and have time management
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid should have acute observation skills
- Licensed Veterinary Technician and Aid should have excellent customer care skills
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid should have exceptional organization ability
- Licensed Veterinary Technician and Aid should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid should possess the ability to think ahead and anticipate doctor’s needs
- Licensed Veterinary Technician and Aid should possess the willingness to help others complete tasks
- Licensed Vet Tech and Aid will have occasional weekends and holidays if you are on call
