Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Upwork Managed Services projects and will serve as a main point of contact on the client side as well as the Upwork POC for workers providing service to us.
You will actively communicate with internal OS team members and partner closely with account management as well as cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
Must have experience successfully managing a portfolio of projects.
Qualifications
You will oversee project deliverables and may deliver weekly status reports on project milestones and key issues.
You will serve as a point of contact for project team members and client stakeholder teams, escalate blockers or risks to Upwork management team.
You will be responsible for managing any changes to project scope and communicate with involved parties of the project including internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will ensure compliance with client and project-specific processes and procedures, may provide consultative guidance to clients in order to assist them with scoping out successful projects, handle intake calls with clients, draft job posts, interface with recruiting, etc., and drive client success.
Must have experience in setting up quality control monitoring assessments.
