Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team. The Quality Auditor will provide support to production in the inspection and testing of in process or finished product. Meet production standards and goals. Participate, and promote continual improvement and teamwork. The Quality Auditor is responsible for meeting daily tasks in all areas.
Duties:
- Ability set up and executes testing of complete units and components.
- Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
- Read mechanical blueprint and technical drawings.
- Use of hand tools and electronic test equipment
- Ability to read precision measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, fluke meter)
- Maintain and support all safety precautions/procedures.
- Work with Supervisor and/or Lead Operator on daily priorities.
- Communicate any problems with test or test equipment and/or failed assemblies to Supervisor/Lead Operator.
- Responsible for ensuring that test log, traveler, work order, and labor sheet are properly filled out and product is properly labeled (per documentation).
- Assist Production with assembly build and pack out as needed.
- Perform inspection of received goods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Possess Initiative and be self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
