Prime Residential’s Analysts are responsible for helping to develop, improve, and maintain internal reporting and forecasting processes for the portfolio. They will analyze key performance indicators, monitor financial statements and operational results, and conduct return on investment (ROI) analyses which will be used to maximize the long-term cash flow growth of the portfolio. Analysts communicate and interface regularly with asset management and property management teams, as well as external stakeholders regarding performance and market data. Analysts will represent Prime Residential in the marketplace and network within the real estate community and one’s ability to be thoughtful and balanced in communications is critical to being successful.
This role will also collaborate and oversee other projects and assignments, and being resourceful and knowledgeable in reporting, analysis, and oral and written communications regarding our 50 multi-state communities is important. Responses should be addressed expeditiously and with care, and continued diligence in providing outstanding and educated analysis will be paramount to driving the standards of excellence expected of our communities and associates.

What You’ll Do:
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Analyze asset-level financial statements to observe and track successes and opportunities for improvement
Provide recommendations to Asset Management team based on metric-driven data
Track and compare financial performance related to asset-level budgets and underwriting and notify key stakeholders of variances
Assist Asset Managers on forecasting long-term cash flow of each asset
Analyze data regarding employment, infrastructure, government regulation and supply within our investment markets
Network and represent Prime Residential in the real estate community, which includes determining appropriate contacts within other management companies and investment groups
Customer Service
Maintain a customer-focused culture of respect, responsiveness, and efficiency, developing Prime Residential’s reputation as a landlord of choice in the local market
Respond to enquiries and concerns with a sense of calmness, professionalism, and confidence by using objective problem-solving
Collaborate with other team members on property performance and best practices
Escalate sensitive or intricate inquiries as necessary
Collect data and backup material necessary for proper and efficient data analysis
Present ideas to manager and other stakeholders for process improvement
Maintain Operational Standards of Excellence
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of all required reports to manager
Adhere to company protocols and practices
Attend all required and recommended training, and ensure compliance of all training requirements posted in learning management system
Ensure files and completed paperwork are organized neatly per company standards
Prepare spreadsheets and collect data necessary to perform analysis for key stakeholders
Understand and adhere to all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to Fair Housing, landlord tenant laws, as well as company policies
Work closely with all departments in performing the key functions of role
Any other tasks as deemed necessary by your direct manager
What You’ll Need:
BS/BA degree, or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or other business field
Two-plus years of prior analysis experience preferred
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Team player attitude who can work independently and collaboratively
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Knowledge or familiarity of multifamily housing management software is a plus
Organized and proactive style with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to travel up to 20% of time
