Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include designing print and digital materials, the website user experience, and maintaining brand standards. The Graphic Designer reports to the Graphic Design Manager.

Key Accountabilities & Achievements:

- Exemplify the Co-op Customer Service Standards including Co-op Theatre.
- Designing print and digital materials – in partnership with the marketing team and managers, develop graphics to support campaign goals for in-store signage, graphics for email marketing and the website. Get feedback from key stakeholders throughout each step of the creative process.
- Maintaining brand standards – develop creative that adheres to brand standards
- Complete other duties as required or requested based on provided duty guidelines and timelines.
Knowledge, Abilities & Experience for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Graphic Design or related field required.
- Proficiency in the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, etc.) required
- Excellent eye for design and detail
- Creativity and strong communication design sensibilities.
- Illustration and motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Physical Demands:
- Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
- Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds via dolly) of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Work Environment:
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Occasional moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather.
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends during busy times
