Central Business Systems, Inc. is a growing regional business and technology company and has been in business for over 75 years. We are looking for a marketing manager who can manage all of our marketing activities and perform some of our marketing and design tasks, preferably in our Lexington office for all of our companies. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Vision:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives.
· Create and maintain a marketing roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with senior management to define and execute marketing initiatives.
· Understand our go to market strategy.
Data Management and Analysis:
· Export, manipulate, and sort data for targeted mailing lists.
· Utilize Google Analytics and AdWords to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Vendor Collaboration:
· Work with vendor marketing departments to obtain information and secure Market Development Funds (MDF).
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
Digital Marketing and Design:
· Design and plan all email campaigns, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with our brand.
· Create compelling digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email.
· Implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Website design and SEO
· Light graphic design of brochures, business cards, etc.
Marketing Operations:
· Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
· Help create and manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Desired Software Skills:
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
· HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
· Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
· Constant Contact for email marketing.
· Duda for website design and management.
· Social media management tools such as Evolved Office, Hootsuite or Buffer.
Nice to Have:
· Videography and video editing skills to create engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
· Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, business, or a related field.
· B2B marketing experience required, technology experience preferred
· 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in the area of marketing manager
· Detail-oriented & able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent direct and concise communication skills (verbal, written)
· Proven experience in the technology industry.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords.
· Strong understanding of social media strategies and platforms.
· Experience with email marketing tools and CRM software.
· Excellent data management and analysis skills.
· Light design experience, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
