Role Description
This Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Clinician role is an on-site, client-facing position located in Los Angeles, CA. The Mental Health Clinician will provide outpatient mental health services to individuals and families, utilizing a multicultural and inclusive approach. The Mental Health Clinician will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in different programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology or relevant mental health discipline with the intention to become licensed in California.
- Waiver/ Registered with the relevant board (BOP or BBS)
- Successful completion of 2 years clinical experience
- Experience in trauma-focused treatment and/or evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, is a plus.
- Experience working in a non-profit or community mental health setting is a plus.
- practice in California as a mental health clinician (LMFT, ACSW, APCC, or AMFT)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and communities.
- Experience in trauma-focused treatment and/or evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, is a plus.
- Experience working in a non-profit or community mental health setting is a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
$66,560 for MA Degree
$70,720 for Doctoral Degree
