Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for our organization as well as for client companies.
Duties:
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Utilize , QuickBooks, and other accounting software efficiently
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing
- Input client trial balances / prepare adjusting and year end entries
- Other Office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and practices
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software
- Ability to perform tasks such as payroll, 10-key typing, and accounts reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
