Resin Systems is a manufacturer of custom thermoset resin castings utilizing epoxy, urethane and silicone materials designed for highly dependable performance in hundreds of demanding applications and environments. Resin Systems creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave and Medical.
Resin Systems is looking to hire an inside sales/customer service representative (CSR) to assist with the sales process for our Liquid Resin Casting company. This person will work with the sales team to provide quotations to our customer base and process received orders.
Customer Service Representative Primary responsibilities:
- Process, resolve, and expedite orders for new and existing accounts
- Service numerous customer accounts per day
- Provide price, lead time and order status upon request
- Collaborate with team members to provide fast, high quality responses to customers
- Maintain composure and positive attitude in extremely fast-paced environment
- Look up pricing agreements and convey accurate price to customers
- Communicate customer requirements to internal manufacturing team
- Manage incoming email enquiries
- Receive and place customer service telephone calls
- Handle customer complaints, help to provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution with speed and professionalism
Customer Service Representative Qualification:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be motivated and a fast learner
- A positive attitude, integrity and ability to work in team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry knowledge
- Experience with AccountMate preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
