CB Direct is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Administrative Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can prioritize and multitask while providing excellent customer service. This role involves taking inbound scheduling calls, drafting correspondences, planning and scheduling appointments, and assisting with data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound scheduling calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Draft correspondences, such as emails to clients and partners.
- Plan and schedule appointments, ensuring that they are properly documented and communicated to all parties involved.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with scheduling software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
