Lakeside Organic Gardens is looking for an Human Resources Assistant/ Payroll Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full time position.
Shift-Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 PM, some Saturdays required
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet people
Issue equipment
Maintain equipment inventory
Help with payroll time cards and mileage
Replenish all forms kept on counter
Answer phones
New hire orientations
Check daily harvest receiving
Responding to general inquires both over the phone or email, internally or externally.
Mail any other outgoing mail
Assist HR/Payroll department
creating and updating employee files
Directing visitors to appropriate person
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be computer literate
Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Must be a fast learner
Demonstrated ability to operate basic office machines and the Company’s system.
Reliable and punctual
Team oriented
Multi task
Bilingual and bi-literate required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
