Position Summary: The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the site. The primary focus of the role is balancing the expectations of customers, employees, and shareholders.

Essential Job Functions and Duties*:
- Experience managing operations with 25-100 hourly employees.
- Responsible for coordinating customers’ orders through operations.
- Drive improvements using KPI’s for the operation.
- Implement and monitor employee safety methods and quality awareness.
- Perform problem solving activities daily.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement experience in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to deal with complex and conditional situations.

- Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline or Engineering.
- 10+ years of Manufacturing experience.
- 5+ years P/L operations leadership and management experience.
- Knowledge of OEM Production Systems a plus.
- Experience with Employee Development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:*
- Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to produce.
- Participate in required company safety programs, trainings, and PPE guidelines.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
