Qualifications: Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in-depth experience installing and configuring PC hardware and software in a network environment. Good oral & written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate must be goal-orientated and pro active with a relentless focus on results. In addition, the candidate must have demonstrated the ability to quickly and independently get projects done on short deadlines while focused on details and quality of work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reports to and works under the direction of the IT Director.
- Provides prompt and courteous service to end-user problems and inquires.
- Installs, configures, and maintains desktop systems & peripherals, operating systems, and various desktop applications in a multiple network environment.
- Installs, configures, and maintains Apple iOS devices, Android smartphones, deployed mobile applications, and VoIP phones.
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems with workstation hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, applications, mobile devices, and VoIP phones within specified guidelines.
- Coordinates with outside vendors for the replacement of defective hardware and the repair of equipment.
- Provides periodic reports to the IT Director concerning frequency and severity of hardware, software, and user related issues.
- Provide accurate and frequent updates of all assigned projects to the IT Director.
- Supports Manganaro deployed systems and applications.
- Logs all calls into the Help Desk database to include an accurate record of frequency and severity of hardware, software, and user related problems and inquiries.
- Maintains accurate tracking inventory and chain of custody receipts of hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral components.
- Provide on-call support for assigned production systems as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certification, MCSA: Windows 10 OR Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- 2 years experience installing and configuring PC hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices in a network environment.
- 2 years experience performing diagnostic and analytical services on networked systems.
- 2 years direct end-user support of applications, hardware, and mobile devices.
- Must be able to lift heavy computer equipment up to 35 lbs. (e.g. Network Printers). Essential Skills:
- Detailed knowledge of operating systems including: Microsoft Windows 7 Pro / 8.1 Pro / 10 Pro, Apple iOS 9 / 10, and Google’s Android Lollipop / Marshmallow / Nougat.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Dell & Lenovo workstations, Dell & Lenovo laptops, iPads, iPhones, Motorola Droids, various printers, and peripherals. Experience installing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft desktop applications, Adobe software suites, Microsoft WSUS & WDS, Ghost, and Anti-Virus / Security Suites (SEPM).
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting, ADUC, and Meraki MDM.
- Possess extensive knowledge of various applications, including Microsoft IE & Edge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Access (Office 365). Adobe Acrobat DC, Google Chrome, and Firefox
