Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain company databases and computer systems. In this role, your duties will consist of ensuring hardware and software technologies are running at optimal performance throughout the company. You will also be responsible for collecting and accurately entering data into company databases. Please note that this role is a part time role of approx. 30h/week, with shift times starting at 7am. This position will report to and work closely with our VP of Technology & Data Management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with VP of Technology & Data Management as well as other departments as needed.
- Provide technical assistance with Laptops/PCs, and other technology hardware and software.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely in a timely manner.
- Support HR with on-boarding/off-boarding tasks of staff members.
- Transfer data from Excel and other documents into company databases & systems.
- Update existing data, SOP and other documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- ERP or website knowledge is a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office 365.
