NAFI RI is seeking a case manager to join our dynamic Foster Care team! Our Foster Care program at NAFI is a vibrant work environment that prides itself on building community with foster parents and spending quality time with all of our kids in care!
This program serves children in the foster care system, ages 0-21 in foster homes located throughout the state of RI. Case management services include weekly face-face contact with clients and foster parents, provider meetings, ongoing collaboration with DCYF, coordination of services for clients, and documentation. This position also includes supervision and weekly staff meetings.
- Case Manager should be able to assess client needs and develop appropriate service plans and interventions.
- Case Manager should also possess good organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- A successful case manager can work independently, manage time effectively, and be able to collaborate well with others in the field.

Experience preferred in case management and in working with children and adolescents.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Annual salary of $50,000 / per year, Case manager position is hybrid remote/community-based position
