Pay and Benefits: $29.58/hour. This is a full-time position.

Are you an experienced manufacturing operator, looking for a stable and reliable organization with a defined growth path? Our production team is looking for an operator who can complete all phases of batch processing and packaging. Other requirements are:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.

Computer skills (DCS, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Understanding of process equipment regarding function and assisting maintenance in feedback to maintain the equipment.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors, sit, stand, squat, climb ladders, operate a forklift, and follow all Personal Protective Equipment (must be able to wear respirators) guidelines.

Good basic math skills
Job Responsibilities:

Work safely and follow all policies and procedures;
-
Staging and charging of raw materials and completion of all associated documentation
-
Loading finished product into tank trucks, drums, totes, and other packaging
-
Accurately weighing and recording material charges and times on documents and in the database
-
Support plant EHS, Maintenance, and Utility personnel as directed by management may require moving pallets using a forklift (empty, raw material or product) and movement of drums, hoses, and valve operation, including opening and closing manual valves

Use a Distributive Control System (DCS) to move materials and increase production efficiency

Assist in housekeeping requirements of the building/plant
-
Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately;

Check equipment for unsafe unusual conditions and report findings to maintenance;

Maintain a clean and orderly work area;

Other duties as assigned.
