Overall responsibility for functions including tax accounting, compliance, reporting and planning for all entities managed by organization. including developing properties, investments entitiese, trusts and individuals.
- Coordinate, supervise and review federal and state tax returns, prepared by outside CPA. Manage outside tax consultants to ensure timely, accurate preparation and review of taxes.
- Preparation, coordination and review of tax projects
- Review of accounting records, provide adjustmenst, assist with recording jounal entries, COS modeling and review and support accounting staff as necessary
- Tract tax basis on implemented strategies
- Tax file/storage/maintenance
- Serve as member of 401(K) defined benefit plan investment committee.
- Minimum 8-10 years tax related experience
- Current CPA
