Experienced cook needed to assist Chef Billy at our busy European style café, Tartine in Coronado.
*Candidate must have extensive experience in grill, sautee, pantry, & prep.
*Candidate must be able to multitask, work quickly, and give and take direction.
*Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*1 year minimum 2 years preferred sous chef experience required (Must have worked the line under pressure and know difference of a medium rare steak vs well done) .
*Ideal candidate is a mature-minded, team player who is committed to producing delicious seasonal food.
*Compensation starts at $20/hour depending on experience. Hours will range depending on availability, This if for evening only NO MORNINGS AVAILABLE.
