Looking for candidates with strong communication skills to service new and existing clients via telephone, email, and in person in the office.
Individual must be able to work well under pressure and in fast paced environments.
There will be a lot of contact with clients, so professionalism is a must.
Duties will include, BUT DEFINITELY NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering phones and emails
- Sourcing subcontractors
- Ensuring subcontractor agreements are filled out.
- Taking orders / Entering jobs
- Following up with completed work orders
- Collection of paperwork
- Must Be Detail Oriented
- Must Be Outgoing
- Must Have Good Communication Skills
- Working on Web based software
- Prefer experience in Facility or Janitorial Services
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office
Must be local to work in corporate office in New York City.
