Maintenance Technician
Provides support in Facilities by providing timely customer service to the staff, working with facility vendors, conducting regular maintenance checks and managing safety related items as it relates to the building management.
Essential Functions
Performs a wide variety of non/semi-skilled maintenance duties related to the organization facilities. This position will assist in overseeing vendor relationships as needed. This position will report to the Facility Director and will not have any supervisory responsibilities. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Routine cleanup of the exterior of the buildings, smoking areas and owned parking lots. This includes sweeping, gum removal and light cleaning
- Routine cleaning of interior lobbies, restroom and break room throughout the day
- Delivery all package to departments
- Stock all break room supplies, office supplies in the cabinets
- Setup conference rooms for meeting and make sure they are maintained throughout the day.

General duties assist Maintenance Specialist (put together and/or move furniture and chairs, hang pictures, grease doors, make trips to the storage, and assist with recycling programs and resources,
Minimum Requirements

Minimum one year experience in a facility maintenance field, janitorial or a combination of related experience.

Self-motivated, energetic, with inherit ability to learn, and improve efficiencies through collaboration

Driver's License, in good standing required for this role.
- Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product), walking, standing, climbing.
