Manager Responsibilities
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fills in as necessary
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures

Manager Requirements
- Previous experience managing others required
- College degree, preferred not mandatory
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies

We like to promote from within! As such, you must be willing to complete a 2-3 month training program to become a Manager. During this training period you will be paid $15/hr + tips.
Bakers can run the store on their own.
Shift Leads can handle customer problems beyond bakers.
Assistant Managers can create game plans for the stores, solve all customer problems, create a great culture in the store, and help with ingredient organization.
Managers are working on the floor along side their crew members! You are on the floor at least 30+hours a week. 15 hours are expected for Admin (hiring, scheduling, ordering), training, covering no-call out shifts, marketing, etc.
The manager is expected to be able to be successful in each role at Crumbl. You will start as a baker, shift lead, Assistant Manager, and then Manager duties.
Responsibilities for all Bakers:
As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.
Baker Responsibilities
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Baker Requirements
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, Saturday (closed Sunday), and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with urgency
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Lift 50 pounds
