***This is a contract to hire role where you will have the opportunity to grow your schedule up to 40 hours per week. We support candidates in multiple time zones, here are two potential schedules we would be looking at for initial support.
10 Hour Schedule in CST 15 Hour Schedule in CST
M: 3:30PM-6PM M: 2:30PM-6PM
T: 3:30PM-6PM T: 2:30PM-6PM
W: 8AM-10:30AM W: 8AM-10:30PM
TH: 10:30AM- PM TH: 10:30AM-1PM
F: Not scheduled F: 12PM-3PM
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent as well as build and maintain robust candidate pools
- Receive and screen all applications
- Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs
- Perform interviews
- Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process
- Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities
- Complete training as assigned
- Build and maintain systems to monitor progress and ensure balls aren’t dropped
- Deliver sourced talent for active programs to managers and clients on time
- Follow standard operating procedures that have been defined by UI
- Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
- Collaborate with team members and clients
- Complete other duties as required and assigned

Education and Work Experience
As a successful applicant, you must have a passion for advocating for and helping students succeed. Additionally, you will need to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree AND
- Demonstrate the following, or any similar combination of education and experience: 1) At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience AND 2) At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting
