We're seeking an ambitious, full-time, on-site CFO to join us and take charge of our daily financial operations. Your main duties will include tracking commissions, policies, LTV of members, profit & loss, and resources.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth and profitability goals

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with a specific focus on health insurance metrics

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making in the health insurance domain

Collaborate with TPA to ensure accurate products and fee structure for health insurance products

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of health insurance-related transactions

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development in the health insurance domain

Collaborate with executive team to drive strategic initiatives and business development efforts

Manage financial reporting and analysis to provide insights for decision-making
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the health insurance industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards specific to health insurance

Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting, with a focus on health insurance metrics and trends

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in health insurance-related financial reporting

Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in health insurance-specific financial tools

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the evolving landscape of the health insurance industry

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the insurance industry(desired not required).
