Apartment Property Maintenance Technician needed. Electrical, plumbing and grounds experience preferred. Applicant will participate in the daily operation of apartment community in the Rochester area including maintenance work order requests, apartment turn overs, lawn care, grounds work and snow removal in winter months. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Report to supervisor daily
- Upkeep of grounds
- Routine maintenance requests
- Preparation of vacant apartments
- Preventive maintenance routines
- Snow removal operations
-After hours emergency call
Eligible candidates will possess/ be able to:
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Participate in on the job training sessions
- Display Plumbing and Electrical knowledge
- General carpentry repairs including drywall, flooring
- Customer Service Skills -- interaction with other staff, tenants, and contractors
- Snow Removal in the winter months
Work hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm - Some overtime when needed
