Maintenance Person
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks. Duties:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal condition
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
- Fabricate and weld as needed for maintenance projects
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and other mechanical components
- Conduct residential painting tasks when necessary
- Interact with residents or customers to address maintenance concerns promptly
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for equipment repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in electrical systems
- Familiarity with logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to fabricate and weld for repair projects
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents or customers effectively
