What we need from you:
- 1-2 years of previous high-volume restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to move quickly, efficiently and safely through the kitchen
- Strong work ethic to execute demanding physical and mental work under pressure
- Positive attitude that remains consistent under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures at all times
- Keep your assigned station and equipment clean, sanitized and orderly during your shift
- Safely operate your assigned station and equipment; report any functional or mechanical problems to a manager immediately
- Execute daily food prep in an accurate & timely manner according to recipes and direction
- Set up and stock assigned line station accurately and efficiently
· Remain in your station preparing all food ordered throughout assigned shift
- Constant attention to food quality, preparation quality, and plate presentation.
- Maintain ticket time consistency
- Communicate professionally & efficiently with colleagues
- Perform all side duties and cleaning duties as assigned
- Perform additional duties related to kitchen operations as assigned by managers
