Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cafxe9 Manager to lead our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to all patrons.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Oversee food preparation and production to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop and implement menu plans, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with hotel management to ensure seamless service to guests.
- Assist with restaurant management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Provide support to the Assistant Manager and other staff members.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient ordering and delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling new employees.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve the restaurant's performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
- Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles, including customer service and conflict resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to manage the demands of a restaurant environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
