We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with a compassionate and dedicated nursing team and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. **Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
