- Common Patient Diagnosis: Surgical Trauma/Spinal Cord Injury
- RN Ratio (Days): 5-6:1
- RN Ratio (Nights): 5-6:1
- Unit Based Orientation: (Preceptor, Co-worker, None)
- Nursing Assisant Support (Yes / No): LPN/Aide/Secretary PCT's 10-14:1, only assist with ADL's
- Minimum years of experience required (excluding school clinicals) 3 year recent acute care
- Certifications Required (BLS, ACLS, PALS etc.) BLS required, ACLS preferred
- Specialty Certifications Required (Yes / No): Please specify Unit specific
- EMR System: EPIC Experience
- Are Staff Required to Float? If so, where? (critical care, step-down, tele, PACU, ED, Med-Surg) All staff required to float to all 9 Med Surg units
- Additional Unit Specific Information: Very High Acuity. Limited to zero RTO request, Other Medical Director very involved in unit. Well run unit
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be a permanent resident
- BLS and ACLS must be through "American Heart Association" only
- There is no Stipend
- Apart from the Pay rate, Candidates will be provided with Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits
- The working days each week will be given by Client based on their necessity (Candidates can’t choose their own working days or block days)
