Business Development Manager- Home Health Care
American Care Partners (ACP), is searching for an experienced, talented and committed account executive who possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to join our Business Development team as an Business development manager covering Northern Virginia. The individual must be experienced in sales, preferably Home health care sales.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will represent American Care Partners and cultivate professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurse associations and state/county medical societies. You will network with case managers and discharge planners, raising awareness of American Care Partners` pediatric clinical services and reputation for clinical quality, compliance and care management.
- Completes and maintains a comprehensive list of leads including name, address, contact person, phone number, and email address.
- Contact patients to advise them of the order placed on their behalf and to confirm all patient demographic information; to communicate any financial responsibilities and/or additional information necessary for processing the order received
- Ensure patient information is accurate, including demographic data, prescriptions, physician data, insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Maintains Regular communications with Clients and be involved in the Agency`s Quality of Care delivery initiatives
- Employs sound marketing and promotional initiatives and strategies.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of American Care Partners as a high-quality provider of services
- Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
- Maintains a working knowledge of competitors market positioning.
- Conduct in-services, and represent company at local, regional and state-wide trade shows and conventions/conferences as assigned.
- Create and carry out specific a sales plan and market development plan in with company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and success in market development.
- Represent the company within the healthcare community with in a professional manner and respect for the patient care process.
- You will be part of a dynamic team working towards meeting and exceeding referral and admission goals.
- Maintains a working knowledge of American Care Partners clinical Programs & outcomes and the resulting standing of American Care Partners in the community
- Perform other tasks or special projects as requested by management
Requirements
College degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in healthcare, medical office and/or in a customer service role are required. Knowledge of home health preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $81,492.00 - $93,518.00 per year

Experience:
- Marketing Sales in Health Care Services: 2 years (Preferred)
