Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Perform night audit duties to ensure accurate billing and accounting procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities to assist international guests effectively.
- Foster positive guest relations to enhance the overall guest experience.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices.
- Familiarity with resort or hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
