Job Description: As a Community & Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing our homeowner’s experience of a resort lifestyle. By organizing a diverse offering of events and activities, managing the resort amenities, and assisting in the operations of the homeowner's association, you will have the unique opportunity to foster community engagement and promote an active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, promote, and execute a wide array of events, activities, classes, sports, healthy living programs, and fitness opportunities for resort customers in support of a resort-living lifestyle, including recruiting and organizing volunteers.
2. Manage resort amenities and services, to ensure a positive resort experience
3. Assist in the operations of the homeowner’s association, including record keeping, entry-level accounting, communications, and general marketing and brand management.
4. Collaborate with management teams of other departments within the company to effectively engage the total resort customer base.
5. Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand offerings and resources available to customers.
Expectations:
1. Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in community organizing, event/activity coordinating, or a related field.
2. Highly motivated individual, eager to take charge, and able to work independently.
3. Ability to engage effectively with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities to foster an inclusive community environment.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday weekends, as needed.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
6. Familiarity with QuickBooks is considered a plus.
7. Community Association Manager licensure is a plus.
