Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations
- Proficiency in phone systems and hospitality software
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in resort management is preferred
