Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our medical supply sales, distribution, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a starting salary of $50,000 per year, with 2 weeks of paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Management: Oversee the medical supply sales process, including customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Distribution and Shipping: Coordinate and manage the distribution and shipping of medical supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
-Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
-Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support office staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining office records.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, preferably.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
