Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from customers
- Identify customers’ needs through communication and deal with internal/external requests
- Help resolve complicated technical issues
- Check and update account status for customers
- Explain company products, mission, and services to customers
Job Requirements:
- Being bilingual (English and Chinese) is a Must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- POS system troubleshooting experience.
- Restaurant and/or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
