Camfil USA, APC Division, supplies air pollution control and dust collection equipment to various industries. Our products clean factory air of dust, fumes and mist making the workplace a safer and more productive environment.
SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Air Pollution Control (APC) market share in the New England area. This position will work out of our direct sales office, Camfil New England, headquartered in New Hampshire. The person can be located in New Hampshire, Vermont or Massachusetts.
This is a Business to Business sales position targeting executive along with director level decision makers, engineers, contractors and end users in the industrial sector selling dust collection equipment and systems.
The Territory Sales Manager position is responsible for territory-based sales of dust and mist collection equipment with a focus on attaining and exceeding sales goals through outbound prospecting calls and territory management.
Compensation package includes a competitive base salary based on experience level, plus monthly commission based on sales for the month vs goals, company vehicle, health, dental and prescription drug insurance options, company 401k plan, etc..
OBJECTIVE:
Territory based sales position selling air pollution control equipment via direct sales or reseller opportunities. The main objective is to grow sales in a sustainable and profitable manner and will be reporting to the Regional Manager of the area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business for air pollution equipment in a given sales territory
- Develop rep/reseller, engineering firm and installing contractor base relationships for higher levels of business potential
- Manage company provided leads
- System design including coordination with manufacturers/vendors for system component selection and features.
- Project management for turnkey sales and follow through for equipment sales
- On-site system commissioning and customer training
- Business to business sales opportunities only
- Interacts with customer base and works to build relationships with potential customers
- Provides support to resellers in territory made up of sales representatives, dealers, distributors and original equipment manufacturers
- Interacts with other departments, working as a team to provide our customers with excellent service
REQUIREMENTS:

· Mechanical aptitude
· Prior industry experience
· Proficient with Microsoft products
· Comfortable, friendly and professional on the phone and in person
· Team-oriented self-starter who works well in fast-paced environment
