CLEAR VISION HOMES INC is looking for an Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative support to Operation Manager and Owner. The ideal candidate will have experience in a small business environment and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and possess a positive "can do" work attitude. Need to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Real Estate bookkeeping, project accounting, Quick Books online experience
- Preparation of financial statements
- Bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, account payable/general accounting
- Coordinating loan transactions with escrow and lenders -requires contacting either by phone or email
- Admin support - may require calling vendors to request for information or documents
- Adhoc duties
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting role preferred 5 years minimum
- Quickbooks online 5 years minimum,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
