Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Manage the bar budget and track expenses with the Post Quartermaster
Skills:
- Experience with a POS system or management software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and experience in managing events.
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food production, preparation, and safety standards.
-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
